Katie and ladies will gather together at The Hilton President Bridal Suite
Arrive with clean/dry hair + clean/moisturized faces please!
Breakfast will be provided
10:00 AM
Photographers will arrive to the ladies
10:45      AM  
Joseph and gentlemen will gather at The Grand Hall Kansas City Suite
Lunch will be provided
11:30 AM
Photographers will arrive to gents
11:15       AM        
Ladies will be completed with hair/make-up
Group picture of ladies pre-getting dressed
Katie will be getting into her sisters
Reveal to Dad
Reveal to Bridesmaids

Family members will drive the gentlemen to Our Lady of Sorrow Parish
12:00 PM
Transportation will arrive to The Hilton President to pick up ladies + bring them to Our Lady of Sorrow Parish
12:05 PM
Gentleman will arrive to the church and go to the sacristy
Some gentlemen will remain in narthex to escort guests into the church
12:15 PM
Ladies will arrive and head into bridal suite
12:30 PM
Music will begin in the sanctuary
1:20 PM
Bridal party will be lined up in narthex.

Ceremony will begin

Completion of Ceremony

Family Pictures back at the altar.
Grand Ribbon Wand Exit from the church
Guests will be invited to meet at the Grand Hall for cocktail hour at 6:00PM

Bridal Party will take pictures around town
5:30 PM
Bridal party will arrive to The Grand Hall and will take a few pictures before
Kaite and Joseph will go to the Beacon Lounge
6:00 PM
Guests will start arriving to The Grand Hall
Cocktail hour on the Mezzanine Level
Bridal Party will join into cocktail hour
6:45 PM
Guest will be invited to find their tables and take their seats
